CCHF Health Freedom eNews

December 14, 2013

Dear CCHF Supporter:

First we want to thank you for all that you have done to make 2013 a very successful year! We are pleased to report that Obamacare has suffered some very serious set backs and that only with your ongoing support can we continue to build the momentum necessary to win this battle for patient privacy and health care freedom. The law must be repealed.

We now have the advantage in this fight against Obamacare, but must continue to provide answers to those who need our help in the fight against government intrusion into our heath care.

"An individual with terminal cancer who lost their job and insurance shortly before diagnosis recently called the CCHFreedom office. This person desperately wants to stay out of the Obamacare exchange. A hospital charity care program is currently providing cancer care and palliative treatment. But now the hospital says there will be no more charity care due to Obamacare and the patient was told to get coverage through the Obamacare exchange. After contacting CCHFreedom three times for advice and strategy suggestions, this patient is now considering stopping all pain medication which will lead to an earlier death just to avoid the privacy intrusions of the federal government which will be incurred by using the Obamacare exchange."

This is one person's story, but every day our office is contacted by people across the country who need help or advice to fight personal battles against government intrusion in their health care decisions. We are fighting battles every day, including helping people:

  • Stay out of the Obamacare exchange
  • Find non-Obamacare options
  • Secure Social Security payments without enrolling in Medicare
  • Fight for the right to refuse to sign the HIPAA "privacy" form without being denied treatment
  • Protect their private medical records from being shared broadly under HIPAA
  • Stand strong against hospital hostility for choosing private newborn screening to protect against government retention of newborn DNA

When you think of the thousands of people that you help us reach everyday, we know this it is just the beginning of what is possible. Together, we are making a difference, but mostly through what we do best -- a consistent and effective grassroots effort against Obamacare involving national and local media awareness, our billboard campaign, bus stop and radio advertising, daily and weekly communications with our supporters, speaking opportunities and events, and the daily Health Freedom Minute heard on nearly 350 radio stations.

And now, as we look forward to 2014, we must redouble our efforts to stop this government from taking over our health care system.

At CCHF, we need your help today to keep this momentum going in the right direction. Our goal is repeal. Your financial support is vital to help us reach more people with the truth about how Obamacare is jeopardizing the future of our health care and the future of freedom in America. Please help us today by donating or sending a check today with your tax- deductible gift.

Your contribution today of $50, $100, $300, $1000 or more will be used to build a campaign of resistance with the goal of a full and complete repeal of Obamacare. Donate today by sending a check or donating online.

Together we are helping to bring national attention to the dangers of Obamacare, government claims on private data, and the failed promises of the administration.

Together we bring personal resolve to resist until repeal -- but only with a sustained effort will we finally defeat this national health care law that has already shown itself to be so destructive.

I look forward to working with you to protect freedom for America's future.

Committed to Repealing Obamacare,
